Shipping Policy

At Azthetics Co., we strive to get your order out the door as quickly as possible—because we know you’re excited to start your ritual.

Processing Time

Most orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days.
Orders placed on Fridays after 12 PM PST or over the weekend will be fulfilled the following Monday or business day.

Please note: We do not process or ship orders on weekends or holidays.

Shipping Method

We ship all orders via USPS Standard Shipping to addresses within the United States.
Typical delivery times range from 3–5 business days after your order has shipped, depending on your location.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number. Please allow 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once your order is handed off to USPS, we are not responsible for delays or lost packages caused by the carrier.
If your package is significantly delayed or appears lost, we recommend reaching out to USPS with your tracking number.
