Due to the personal nature of our products and for hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on opened or used items.
However, we always want you to love your purchase. If you received the wrong item, or your product arrived damaged, please reach out to us within 7 days of delivery, and we’ll make it right.

Eligibility for Return
We may accept returns under the following conditions:
The item is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.
You contact us within 7 days of delivery.
You provide proof of purchase (order number or receipt).
If approved, return shipping costs are typically the customer’s responsibility unless the issue was our error.

How to Start a Return

Refunds (if approved)
Once we receive and inspect your return/request, we’ll notify you of the approval. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Shipping Disclaimer: Minor Dents or Imperfections
Our pomade tins are made from soft, recyclable metal that may occasionally get minor dents or cosmetic imperfections during shipping. This is a normal occurrence and does not affect the quality or performance of the product inside.
Returns or refunds will only be considered if:
The damage affects your ability to open or close the tin, or
The contents inside are compromised (e.g., leaking, contamination, etc.)
We take pride in the quality of our packaging and will always make it right if there’s a legitimate issue—just reach out to us with photos and your order number.
